who runs this

stuff in your browser

• local storage: your best scores, streak, fake gallery, cookie choice and a few view settings. it never leaves your device. clear your browser data and it's gone.
• one cookie (tv_dev): a random id, no name, no email. it lets the game spot cheating, keeps the daily limits fair and lets you remove your own card from the wall. it lasts up to 400 days.
• analytics: only if you say yes in cookie settings. right now no analytics script runs at all, even if you say yes. if we add one, it will be named here first.

stuff you choose to share

• wall of toads: the x handle you type and the todd you build. it's public on the wall until you hit "remove me" on the same device, or ask us.
• spot the fake leaderboard: the nick you type, your score and the date. public on the leaderboard. ask us and it's gone.
• toddify with ai (only when it's switched on): your picture, or your public x avatar fetched through unavatar.io, is sent to an image-generation service to make your todd. the picture and the result are deleted within 24 hours unless you put your card on the wall.

stuff the server sees

• your ip address: we never store it as is. we keep only a salted, one-way fingerprint of it, to stop spam and cheating.
• access logs: like every web server, ours logs each request (ip, time, page, browser). these logs are deleted after 30 days.
• cloudflare sits in front of the site to keep it fast and safe from attacks, so your requests pass through it.

what we don't do

• we don't ask for your wallet, seed phrase or private key. ever. anyone who does is not todd.
• we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
• the treasury and holder numbers come from the public solana blockchain. nothing about you is in them.
• links to x, telegram, pump.fun, dexscreener and other sites take you to them. their own privacy rules apply there.

your rights

you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it or delete it, and object to how we use it. DM @todd_verse and we'll sort it out. if you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
